Bacchus is a customisable wine club service, delivered to your door. You can choose wine from our iconic Kooyong, Port Phillip Estate and Quartier stables.

Can I choose my own wines?
Yes, Bacchus is a customisable wine club subscription; you can choose from six or 12 bottles, choose the frequency of delivery, and either choose your own wines or choose one of our curated selections.
What discounts are available?Discounts are based on the number of bottles and/or frequency of delivery, please see the discount percentages below.
— 6 bottles every 3 months – 15%
— 6 bottles every 6 months – 10%
— 6 bottles every 12 months – 5%
— 12 bottles every 3 months – 20%
— 12 bottles every 6 months – 15%
— 12 bottles every 12 months – 10%
Wine club discounts also apply to all other online wine purchases; some exclusions apply.
What is the cost of shipping?Your subscription includes free shipping anywhere in Australia. Free shipping also applies to any additional wine purchases you make.
How do I receive my wine club discount and free shipping on any additional wine purchases?Log into your account. Once logged in an automatic discount will be applied to your cart as per the discounts outlined.
What happens when the vintages change?The wines automatically roll to the next vintage, so you won’t miss out. Very occasionally, due to vintage conditions, a particular wine may not be made; we will contact you to discuss replacement options.
When is my credit card charged?Your subscription will be charged approximately 7–10 days before delivery. We will send you an email before this happens.
Are my credit card details stored on the site?No. We use a payment gateway and an SSL certificate to protect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I change my wine club subscription and details?Yes, log into your account, select Subscriptions, and View; from here, you can manage the following.
— Your choose-your-own wine selection
— Your billing and shipping details
— Your payment details, including updating expired credit cards
— View your orders and invoices
When changing your wine selection, you will be taken back to the subscription process. It’s as simple as updating your subscription before your next scheduled delivery.
To create an account, go through the wine club subscription process and upon checking out, you will create an account with a password.
Am I locked into a subscription, or can I cancel at any time?A minimum continuous active subscription period of 12-months applies from the commencement date of your subscription. Following this initial 12-month subscription period, you may choose to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, View, and choosing either Suspend or Cancel.
Can I defer/suspend my membership?Yes. Following the initial 12-month subscription period, you may choose to defer (suspend) your membership for a maximum cumulative period of twelve months. During any period of deferral, your membership benefits may be suspended. To defer your membership/subscription, log into your account, select Subscriptions, View and select Suspend. At the conclusion of the deferral period, your subscription will resume in accordance with the applicable subscription terms unless otherwise cancelled.

Why is the Wine club called Bacchus?Bacchus is the name of the Roman god / goddess of the grape harvest, winemaking and festivity! We thought it was the perfect name for our wine club.
