  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Is there a joining fee?
    No, you don’t need to pay to join our wine club. You simply need to purchase (subscribe to) a minimum of one dozen wines per year (TBC).

    Can I choose my own wines?
    Yes, select the Choose-Your-Own Pack, your frequency of delivery and then select the wines that are available.

    Can I update my own details?
    Yes, you can manage the following from your Account / Wine Club page.

    — Billing and shipping details

    — Payment details including the updating of expired credit cards

    — Change packs or change wines within your Choose-Your-Own pack

    — Switch between packs and/or frequency of delivery

    — View orders and invoices

    Click here to login into your account. If you do not have an account, please progress through the signup process, and upon checking out you will create an account with a password.

    Can I change my wines for Choose-Your-Own pack?
    Yes, log in to your Account page here, and select ‘Wine Club’. On the ‘Wine Club’ page select ‘View/Edit Wines’, where you will be able to update your selection. Click ‘Save’ to update your selection.

    Can I change the frequency of delivery?
    Yes, log in to your Account page here, and select ‘Wine Club’. On the ‘Wine Club’ page select ‘Switch Wine Club’. You will be taken back to the signup process. Here you can switch your packs and/or switch your delivery frequency.

    How do I receive my discount on purchases other than through Wine Club? (TBC)
    Yes, log in to your Account page here. Once logged in you will receive the discount based on your bottle amount/frequency of delivery.

    If I upgrade my frequency of delivery will I get a better discount on my purchases?
    Yes, you will receive discounts based on the frequency outlined above.

    If I downgrade my frequency of delivery will I lose my ongoing discount from my previous delivery schedule?
    Yes. Your discounts are based on your bottle amount/delivery schedule.

    Are my credit card details stored on the site?
    No. We use the payment gateway Stripe. Stripe uses encrypted 256 bit secure system technology to encrypt and protect your credit card details.

    I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?
    Click here to login in to your account. On this page you can click on ‘Lost Password’.

    Do I pay for shipping?
    No, shipping is free for all of our wine club members. You will also receive free shipping and members discounts with any additional orders made online throughout the year.

    When will my wines be delivered? (TBC)
    Your wines will be delivered within XX days from the commencement of your subscription and every three or six months thereafter depending on the frequency of your subscription. (TBC)

    Can I pause or cancel my club membership?
    Our club memberships are ongoing, and cancellation is not permitted within the first 12 months. Cancellation of memberships after the first 12 months must be received in writing. You can put your membership on hold at any time by contacting our office.

    What if I’m out when my wine is delivered? (TBC Brokenwood)
    We can nominate Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available at the time of delivery. Alternatively, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection when convenient.

    When will my credit card be charged? (TBC)
    Your credit card will only be debited in the respective release/dispatch month of the packs you have selected as part of your membership.
