    Is there a joining fee?

    No, you don’t need to pay to join our wine club. You simply need to purchase (subscribe to) a minimum of six bottles of wine per year.

    Can I choose my own wines?
    Yes, Bacchus Wine Club is customisable, once you have selected the frequency of delivery, select the ‘Choose Your Own’ option and select the wines that are available.

    Can I update my own details?
    Yes, you can manage the following from your Account / Wine Club page.

    — Billing and shipping address details

    — Payment details including the updating of expired credit cards

    — Change the selection of wines within your ‘Choose Your Own’ pack

    — Change the quantity of wines per delivery and the frequency of delivery

    — View orders and invoices

    — Change account details including email address and password

    Click here to login into your account. If you do not have an account, please progress through the signup process, and upon checking out you will create an account with a password.

    Can I change my wines within the ‘Choose Your Own’ option?
    Yes, log in to your Account page here, and follow the steps below.

    — Select ‘Subscriptions’ to view your wine club subscriptions

    — Select the subscription you wish to edit

    — Click ‘Edit Subscription’ to change your selection of wines

    — Update your selection of wines

    — Click ‘Add to Cart’ to confirm your updated selection

    — Review details in your cart and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’

    — Finally, click ‘Complete Payment’ to finalise your changes

    You can change your selection of wines whenever you like. The changes you make may either alter the total value of your subscription. The altered total will be charged to your credit card immediately prior to despatch of your next scheduled delivery.

    Can I change the frequency of delivery?
    Yes, log in to your Account page here, and select ‘Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you wish to edit. You will be taken back to the Wine Club page where you can change the frequency of delivery and the quantity of wines per delivery.

    How do I receive my discount on purchases other than through Wine Club?

    Yes, log in to your Account page here. Once logged in you will receive the discount based on the bottle quantity and delivery frequency of your Wine Club subscription.

    If I upgrade the delivery frequency of my Wine Club subscription will I receive a better discount?
    Yes, the discount you receive is based on the bottle quantity and delivery frequency you select. Please refer to the summary below.

    If I downgrade the delivery frequency of my Wine Club subscription will I lose my ongoing discount from my previous delivery schedule?
    Yes, the discount you receive is based on the bottle quantity and delivery frequency you select. Please refer to the summary below.

    What are the different Wine Club discounts?

    — 15% discount for a subscription of 6 bottles every 3 months

    — 10% discount for a subscription of 6 bottles every 6 months

    — 5% discount for a subscription of 6 bottles every 12 months

    — 20% discount for a subscription of 12 bottles every 3 months

    — 15% discount for a subscription of 12 bottles every 6 months

    — 10% discount for a subscription of 12 bottles every 12 months

    If you change the bottle quantity and/or delivery frequency during the course of your subscription, the discount you receive will change accordingly.

    Are my credit card details stored on the site?
    No. We use the payment gateway Stripe to encrypt and protect your credit card details. Stripe is certified to ‘PCI Service Provider Level 1’, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

    I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
    Click here to login in to your account. On this page, click ‘Lost your password’ to reset your password.

    Do I pay for shipping?
    No, shipping is free for all of our Wine Club members.

    You will also receive free shipping and members discounts with any additional orders made online throughout the year.

    When will my wines be delivered?
    Your wines will be delivered within 7–10 days from the commencement of your subscription and every three, six or 12 months thereafter depending on the frequency of your subscription.

    Can I suspend or cancel my club membership?
    Our Wine Club subscriptions are ongoing, and cancellation is not permitted within the first 12 months. Cancellation of subscriptions after the first 12 months must be received via email. You can suspend your subscription at any time via your account.

    What if I’m out when my wine is delivered?

    We can nominate Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available at the time of delivery. Alternatively, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection when convenient.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will only be debited in the respective release/dispatch month of the packs you have selected as part of your membership.
